Try Dawn and water and use a scrub brush.If that is not enough use spray nine.
white vinegar works too use a paste of baking soda and vinegar on tough spots
Thanks folks...now for some "Sun" to get this work done. Ahh, I have 8 chairs so will be scrubbing away! Commercial products have not worked well~
Have you tried JoMax? This is what we use on our siding and driveway to kill algae, mold, and lift stains. Our house is stucco so it needs cleaning each year. You can get JoMax concentrate at paint stores.
