Have you thought about have the tile repainted and fired with correct number?
Have you looked on Ebay ? They are the store room for all things we need replacing that have lost , broken or discontinued .
I saw ceramic tiles like this one, but no design on it just the numbers, in Walmart. Check online at their website. Good luck!
On etsy.com there is an artist that can probably make one for you. Contact the artist and ask if they can make a replacement.
