Try using Wet-n-forget safe for all surfaces
Wet-and-Forget, all you do is mix with water in a pump sprayer. Power washing is very hard on siding and will age it prematurely.
Might need scrubbed with a Bleach product to kill the mold..... Make sure shrubs are trimmed away from the House walls and foundations to allow for air circulation.
The cheapest way is to use bleach mixed with Dawn dish liquid , spray on , scrub , hose off
I mix water and bleach, half and half, put in a garden sprayer and spray, but do not let it stay on too long. spray off with the hardest stream you can.
d bleach to the water you are using in the power washer, or the home stores have a mold killer mixture you can buy and spray on the mold.
I just pressure wash with water
