Cluster them in groups and varying heights and fasten them together (tie/glue or both-what ever you come up with) and use them for individual flowers.
glue them to a wood board. I like arrows then fill them with colored sand made with sidewalk chalk and salt. shave chalk and then add to salt if the color isn't right just add more chalk, fun for bedroom
Glue them to a nice piece of wood and then put succulents in them and put them on your wall. Tie ribbons around them to make them look pretty.
Use as flower bud vases. The means for a holder are endless. The pic shows a simple possibility
Depending on the size of the tubes , wash fresh, once dry completely, fill individual tubes with spices or herbs, maybe a favorite soup recipe card , all the herbs for (it) ,in the tube. Top the tube with a cork , from a local wine or brewery store, for the proper fit.
Place in a basket with a few other ingredients for soup Gift for a "New Mum". Or a "Thinking of You" Another idea is fill tube(s), different candies, for a sweet person.

1) Fun spice bottles - You'll need to get/make a stand and corks.
2) Shot glasses - Fill them and stand them in a bowl of ice at your next party.
Check out Unicorn Spit...it is a stain and glaze that can be applied to wood/metal/glass/plastic/cloth...it is amazing! I have made coasters, painted planters, re-done cheap florist vases and painted metal hummingbirds to put on drinking glasses. It is fun to work with and you don't really need true artistic talent.
