Assuming you are hanging like a curtain? Many curtain rods come with rings with clips on the end. If you want to be able to slide the quilt that would be the best option. If it is going to be stationary and you like a rustic look you could use old wooden pants hangers that clap closed. Then bend the wire hangwe to fit over nails or decorative knobs attached to wall, or just hang on curtain rod. You could also just fold it either straight or diagonally over a curtain rod as a valance

If you value your quilt, don't do it. The sun will fade it.
You could use a tension rod, or get a hanging quilt rack, most Amish or unfinished wood furniture stores have them.
