White wash it or paint it
I mixed 3 parts water with 1 part paint to do a whiter look. Here it is half done so you can see the difference.
U might try bleach! I put bleach on decorative landscape blocks that had mildewed and it did cleaned them and lighten them!
If you want it a whole new color - paint it. Ask at a home improvement store what type of paint will work best. I have never had the opportunity but I love painted brick, paint the mortar with the brick
