Painting over the offending flower tiles or even the whole backsplash might be your best option.
If you do decide to paint just the flower tiles you might want to pick a contrasting color since the whites might be hard to match exactly.
More than likely, the artwork is fired on to the tile and part of the finish rather than a printed on pattern that would wear off over time and through repeated scrubbings. You will want to talk with the paint sales person and get the right type of paint for use on glazed tile.
I agree with the others. it would probably be better to paint over the offending tiles with a contrasting color. Might I suggest you try Fusion Mineral Paint. They have a product called Ultra Grip with makes paint adhere to surfaces like tile. Then cover the Ultra Grip with a color of your choice. Their Mineral Paints are suitable in a kitchen. https://fusionmineralpaint.com/
This may not even be possible, but I believe I've seen stick on decals you may be able to use to cover the ones you don't care for. They come in the size of a single tile. Good luck.
I have the same problem. Only about six tiles have flowers. Did you try anything yet?
Hi there, unfortunately, the image seems to be baked into the tile. You can use appliance epoxy spray paint to cover the image. Here's a tutorial that will show you how https://accidentalsuburbanites.com/2017/05/11/spray-painting-our-tile-shower-lessons-learned-the-hard-way/ Have fun
