Make sure they are clean and smooth. Use a paint made for concrete and cement. Paint the edges in using a brush for accuracy. Paint the rest of the floor with a long-handled roller...using a smooth roller for best results. Let dry. If desired, paint a sealer over the top for more durability.
Clean well, seal with a concrete sealer - let dry overnight, paint with a concrete paint (tinted to your color), let dry overnight, apply another coat. Use a roller with a long extension pole for application. Here is a photo of ours
