humidity outside the freezer is to high--how to fix that i'm not sure? maybe gasket around freezer is loose.
its normal if the freezer is not a frost free model. The fuller it is the less room for frost build up.
Check your seals, place a dollar bill in the door and pull it out, if the dollar comes out easily then the seals might need replacing. This an easy solution that does not cost lots of $$

Hi Linda. The first thing I would do is empty it and defrost it. Wipe the seals down really well after it has been defrosted. It could be that it is not sealing well.
