How to get mold off roof tile?

Theses areas have no heat, 2 sheds and 1 room in my home, no trees by them, lots of sun, how do I keep the mold off? Thank you

Is the mold on the tiles or inside? Sealing the roof tiles after cleaning the mold off. Seal with Thompson's Water Seal or similar product. That would help if not take care of both. For cleaning I'd use a mold and mildew cleaner. You might have to do some scrubbing and/or power washing.
Don't use pressure washer with bleach. Brother in law did and ruined the tile and had to replace entire roof
Don't pressure wash, that's harsh. Try Wet & Forget, a product you mix with water, spray on, and leave. It kills lichens, moss, etc.
