I would hang pretty shower curtains hung on a pretty shower rod. They can be changed often and are waterproof. You can slide them to the side and tie them down during really windy days.
Roll up bamboo blinds. But check with your condo association, they may not be allowed. A friend of mine is in the same situation, and wanted someht5ing as there was too much sun. She solved it with a folding screen, made of wicker. Now she can put it up or down and it is not permanent - thus not violating their rules. You may have to weigh the bottom down with some "sandbags".
You might consider some type of shade cloth or shade sail that can be put up and taken down, maybe use eyelets and hooks.
