Hello! I looked for intertwining hearts, but could not find what you describe. However, there are tutorials on Youtube.com (for instance, String Art Heart) how to create a heart string art. I also found an intertwining heart string art for sale online and took an up-close photo of it so you could see how the hearts are connected — it does not look complicated. Hope this helps!
