I can with liquid nails but must glue top and bottom of each piece where wood contacts wall & when joining pieces on wall or corners. If you caulk after it will also help strengthen bond to wall.
Yes. There is polyurethane foam crown molding that can be glued on using caulk or construction adhesive. A few nails just to hold it in place or even painters tape to hold it until the caulk dries. I5 lloks great and can be painted.
You can glue any type crown molding .You just need the proper type adhesive and a way to hold in place till glue sets up.Liquid nail is a good all around adhesive. just make sure it is compatible with the material you are using
