What can be used to clean the burners on a Viking cooktop?

Viking instructions say to never use brillo or any other cleaner that will permanently scratch the metal burner collars on my cooktop. What is the best thing to use to remove tiny burn marks that appear after cooking?

Barkeepers Friend. Sold in the same aisle as comet and Ajax. It is much less abrasive. You can clean a lot more with this product, even glass top stoves.
