You can reglaze the sink, but you have to be careful in using it so as to not harm the glaze.
Simple, easy and cheap. Spray or paint on XIM primer, top coat with 2 coats of appliance spray paint.
Not really a good option, too much use for a painted surface. I would replace if you want to change it. GelGloss in the pink can can help clean and restore a finish on sinks and counters. Goes on like a liquid car wax, let it dry to a haze and buff off with a cotton cloth. Might give it a try, it makes the surface slick so water spotting and staining is not as likely. Needs to be reapplyed every so often.
