What is the best insulation material for my unheated outbuilding?

    Start with Tyvex, I think that's how you spell it. If you want someone to do the job, contact Home Advisor. They screen and check out those that are on their site, and it has a excellent rating for referrals.

    Spray on insulation is the best for sealing every crack and corner. If you want to DIY, ridged foam or bat insulation.

    I suggest the one inch foam sheets. Not sure what the R factor is but easier than fiberglas wool Batts. They don't absorb water either.
