Wall Liner is the perfect solution for old paneling. It goes up like wall paper but is thicker and comes prepared. Once installed, you can paint the wall liner and you have a flat colored wall.

I painted over paneling with a flat finish paint of my colour choice and it worked beautifully . I didn't want to take time for prepping . It cleaned easily ,I did keep extra paint just in case . Make sure your wall are newly washed and there you go . I love painted paneling ! Good luck , ps . my hardware store gave me a long list of items to buy and do .My method worked the best !

I took a trowel and a 5 gallon bucket of wall mud it was $15 filled in the cracks and textured my walls. Than rolled paint with roller and cut in with paint brush. It was a manufactured home people thought it was a house when I got done with it how I textured was placing trowel after mud on and pulled away to make peaks, let it set up and came back knocked the peaks down
