CAN VINYL SIDING BE PAINTED?
Call any company that installs it, they should know. Or call Sherwin Williams paint store.

This is a little tricky. Check with your local paint store for more info. Some vinyl siding can be painted successfully, but others cannot. Don't try to change the color to a dark color, because most paints will attract too much heat and the paint will literally peel off. Sherwin Williams makes a paint for this purpose, but be sure to thoroughly clean the siding first, or it will peel off.
They actually make a specific paint for this exact purpose. I agree with the above comments that you should talk to a representative from your local paint store especially if you have older siding.
Thank you very much! I just won the argument with my husband - Vinyl Siding CAN be painted (of course with the correct paint).
