How to rebuild the damaged face of this ceramic pumpkin?

I picked up this large damaged ceramic pumpkin from our local grocery store for a couple bucks...anyone have an idea how I can rebuild this relatively simply?

I don't suppose you have the pieces that broke out??
Anyway... Jack-O-Lanterns are supposed to be a little creepy... What if you glue in white teeth along the edges of the mouth (Michael's has some "bake in the oven " clay that could be painted and glued in... or find a set of orange string lights and let them spill out of the mouth (like the guts) Or find a cat or a spider, etc. that would fit in the space like it lives there...

Epoxy Resin Clay I use 2-Part Quick Air Dry KlayResin for repairing many of my ceramic and resin projects.
Epoxy clay does a good job of rebuilding ceramic. It dries as hard and impervious to moisture as the original ceramic. It comes in two parts: hardener and catalyst. Simply knead the two elements together, shape your project and allow it to dry. No baking needed. It can be carved, sanded, painted, etc. You can even use it to attach embellishments. Available at most craft stores and Amazon. Good luck.
If you have the broken pieces you could glue them and repaint say a metallic or glow in dark paint. Stuffing a cat or spider sounds fun--how about other items like mini pumpkins or stuffed ones to fill the space?
This isn't really a way to repair it, but it is alternative temporary quick fix:
Put a simple mask over the face of the pumpkin.
The mardi gras feather kind worn upside down should be large enough to cover all or most of the mouth gap.

I fairy gardens are all the rage, why not build a haunted fairy garden in it as though it had been discarded and the scary fairy moved in. You could even turn it on it's side so the fairy has two rooms, or tip it only part way and build stairs to a second level! Whatever you choose to do, I hope it will be a fun project!
Hey was in the city Dollar Tree and they had these great big creepy spiders, one was copper color, maybe it could be crawling out the broken mouth.

Yes. I've used it on Terra Cotta before. It dries off white, but that doesn't matter
if you plan to paint the project.
