Pull off a small tuft of wool roving and just roll it between your fingers.
Step 2: Dip the wool ball into a bowl of soap
Make sure you get a good dose of soap in there.
Step 3: Roll the ball until it holds firmly
If there are any lumpy spots on the wool ball, wrap it with another small piece of wool. Set aside to dry.
Step 4: Sprinkle glitter on the acorn caps
Put some glue on the acorn tops and cover with glitter.
Step 5: Hot glue acorn caps to the wool balls
Place a dab of hot glue into the acorn cap and press the wool ball into the glue.

Step 1: Make holes in a plastic pumpkin
Drill them in the bottom to create drainage holes.
Step 2: Spray paint the pumpkin in copper
You can remove the handle of the pumpkin if you want to keep it black.

Step 1: Snip tomato cages using bolt cutters
Decided how tall you want the topiaries to be and snip the tomato cages accordingly.
Step 2: Flip the cages on top of planter pots
Turn them upside down so the wider part will be on the pot. You can glue them on if necessary.
Step 3: Tie the top with a rubber band
You can do this step with a zip-tie, bread-tie, or anything else that will keep the ends held together.
Step 4: Wrap around a fall leaf garland
Once you get to the end of a strand, take the plastic end and loop it back inside to hold it in place.
Step 5: Wrap around Christmas lights
You can manipulate the leaves to hide the light strands.
