This is what I do: I found (at Joanne's) stencil material that you can cut with an exacto knife. Then I use my computer to find the font I like and print out the image or words in the size I need. I can then put the print out under the stencil material, trace it with a sharpie then I can cut it out. You might have to improvise a little but I am sure you can do it too! Otherwise, I print out what I like on paper, then use tracing paper and trace the design onto my piece and hand paint.
find someone with a cricut. They can do it for you.
Cricut machines will get the job done :)
A cricut machine will make easy work of this. I love mine and have made many projects with it.
at the end of the day you still have to hand paint it?
Get a Pazzles Inspiration Vūe™ Creative Cutter at http://pazzles.com/inspiration-for-99/. Import the font you want or even import just the above photo into the software. Use the software to manipulate your font/image into a cutting file. Cut your word out of vinyl, lay it on your board, paint within the stencil with Mod Podge and, when dry, paint over Mod Podge with paint, carefully remove vinyl stencil when paint begins to tack.
