My opinion the pictures speak for themselves and no color additional color is necessary.
black would make the white backgrounds stand out
Just an idea, it might be fun to have them hang right up against each other and build a large frame out of pallet wood to frame them all in together, you could paint the pallet wood frame any color, or distress it and make it look aged.
Ohh, i think (my opinion of course) is to paint a square maybe 8" or so outside (and inside) with Silver Paint. It would tie in the features you have of silver, and 'anchor' the pic set. Please show what you picked as a finish. Pretty area!
I think they have enough going on as it is, but if you want to make them stand out from the wall color, try painting the edges or border of the canvas black, or they have some neat metal-look paint to choose from too. That would be cool! Let us know what you do!
I would use a slightly darker shade of taupe behind the pictures. This would draw the eye to your arrangement and make them stand out, but would not detract from the colors in the artwork. also, it would be neutral enough to match the other colors in the room without adding a large block of contrasting color.
I would go with a Gray. I have a bedroom with 2 light gray walls & others are a dark Gray. I never get the itch to remove those. I have 2 walls in L room called Butter, that's nice too. Your dining area is wonderful. Do another picture when you decide
The pictures are the focus, so I would not attach a frame to each one. They could stand on their own just as they are. Why not paint a frame or leave spaced as they are and put a wooden frame around the group of pictures. Hard to tell about wall color with the picture. I would mimic the pictures somewhat with something centerpiece/decor on the table.
you could try with some construction paper to test before you take the leap and paint
I would keep them the same distance apart, but build a frame around them and paint the frame black with a thinnish silver line that would be close to the picture for further contrast. If you want, in my opinion it would really be fine the way they are, tie in the pictures with the table below it by putting a fruit bowl on the table with the same fruits.
Black. Hands down.
Brilliant! Now why didn’t I think of that! That will help a lot. Thanks!
I’m glad that I’m on the right track. Usually I have this stainless fruit holder on the table. I have a tablecloth on the table right now cause I’m getting ready for dinner
green like the apple or grey like the water
Green Apple
Naw...black would bring out the black in the fruit art....a little black is like a little black dress....always appropriate...always adds a dash of class
ok I'm going bold. Try the yellow from the lemon and frame out with silver
brown
like the tree the fruit comes off is brown and wood is brown. do it with wood brown
BIU ☺ I also think black might be too harsh. Stay with your dark brown
I say yellow!!!
