The only way that I know of, is to spray heavily with a soapy warm water solution, let soak in, then scrape off. If this is a newer wallpaper, you may be able to pull off then just scrape off any residue left.

Best Way to Remove Wallpaper
After pulling or scraping as much of it off as you can, wipe the remaining paper down with a mixture of warm water and liquid fabric softener. Wait about 10 minutes and the rest should peel off easily. One Cup of softener to a gallon of water works well.
