This depends on what your measurements are for the blanket, and the gauge of stitches on the scale for knitting. What size knitting needle are you using, and which stitch. This will help us give you more accurate answers. Best wishes, and do get extra yarn. For every batch of yard, has a diff. lot number, and some cannot be replaced. J.
The packaging on they yarn should tell you how much one skein can cover. My advice is to buy a couple more than what is necessary. Yarn is dyed in Lot Numbers. If you run out before your project is done, you may not be able to match that Lot Number again. Whatever you don't use, you can take back for a refund.
