what are the tiles made of?
You don't mention if this is vinyl or ceramic tile but I will assume vinyl. It will not take stain well, but you can paint it or replace it.

Use "clr" stain remover. It's the best stuff ever. It worked for me!
YES! It works great. You just have to let it sit in there many hours. ( (5-10 ) You will love this stuff. I used it to take off rust stains on my ceramic floor that had been there for over 10 years and WHA-LA!

I shall try it and see what i get. Thus far I have tried acetone, paint thinner, and bleach and all with NO luck!
