We live in a 1970 something single wide mobile home, the ceiling is sagging pretty bad, are there any fixes short of tearing the whole ceiling down?
You can buy a spray can of popcorn ceiling spray for just this project / Home Depot or Lowe's sells.
you have to scrape it off , then paint it .

Popcorn Ceiling Makeover- Low Budget, Big Impact
Using a pump-up garden sprayer, moisten the entire ceiling (one 4 foot square section at a time) with water, let it set a few minutes, then scrape it off using a 4 inch putty knife. Buy some cheap disposable drop clothes for this, it's messy, but works well. might need to wipe each section off with a damp towel, then after it dries, paint it. Good luck!
get a plasterer to scrape and re plaster the lot eric
