Citristrip
Burn it off or chemical - all toxic - so is sanding - you have to wear a mask!
Citristrip may not be real quick, but would be easier than sanding and less hard on your muscles and lungs. It isn't as harsh or smelly as other strippers.
Paint stripper is the only way to go but you must do it outside and wear a mask and gloves.
Citristrip is a safe stripper. Will take off multi layer of paint. Sanding is not the way to go. You'll be there forever and better buy stock in a sandpaper maker.
