Too much weight in cabinet, and too short screws, and maybe not in the studs. Take everything out of the cabinets carefully. The screw heads are in the back of the cabinet. I would take out the loosest one and then go to hardware store and buy longer ones to replace old screws, I would go with 3", and if you don't have one get a stud finder, get one. You need a drill to remove screws and replace with longer ones. I would also use a level.
Get a pencil and run the stud finder along the wall and mark where the studs are, cause that's where you want the screws to go into the middle of the stud.
When you pull out an old screw it should offer some resistance, check to see if there are wood fibers on the screw, then replace that screw with a longer one.
If you have really heavy items in those cabinets, you may want to even add a couple extra screws into the studs without one.
A handyman can do this for you.
I agree with Sharon. If you can't hit a stud you will need to use toggle bolts to secure them to the wall. Make sure the cabinets are braced underneath before removing any screws. You can get a referral from Home Depot or Ace Hardware for a handyman.
