Our wall oven door is a need inside the glass door

We have A whitlpool wall oven. Dripped on food is running down between the glass on the door. I went on utube, to see how to take the door off or even apart and we couldn’t do it. We tried running the oven on clean and it just made part of it gray. I cleaned the gray by poring vinager inbetween the glass that worked great but it didnt get to the other side of the 2 panes. My oven looks new except for inbetween the glass.
