Paint it again with Sherwin Williams Infinity then seal it with polyurethane. I did our bathroom and it came out super nice and is durable!
Miller paint also has a floor paint that is very good.
Is it pealing or scratched? Are you wanting to just make a little fix or total re-do? You could sand the injured areas lightly and if the paint is still intact seal it with polyurethane. If you still have the paint (or a chip you could take in for matching) you could sand a larger area and repaint just those areas - make sure you feather the new paint into the old and then seal.
Stencil on a design that looks like a rug or apply wallpaper border the same way as stencil and paint over with polyurethane. It may take several coats of polyurethane to make design secure. Do this and all your friends will be copying your painted floors.
