Paint recommendations for gold, plated light fixtures?

They are gold, would like them brown or pewter what paint is good

spray paint them with Rustoleum 2X based on what they are made of
just prime first and use anything you like
I have used Rust-Oleum oiled bronze spray paint. It's turned out beautiful. But you have to take it down off of the wall first. But it dries quickly.
Rustoleum metallic paint comes in many metal finishes.
Tremclad, they make a spray or a little pint size to brush on in lots of colors!
If they are metal, I would go with a Rustoleum product, they are great on metal.
I painted a brass chandier with rustleum works great.
