Hanging wind chime ideas?

Need ideas of how to hang wind chimes so they are higher than deck. Deck is 8 ft off ground level due to sloping land. There are no large trees that I can utilize for this. A shepherd's hook will simply provide the height so the chimes are higher than the deck. Thanks for your ideas.

They have wrought iron hooks that actually hook onto the railing of your deck. Check the garden department of Home Depot, Lowe’s or your local hardware store.
