You could insulate the ceiling in the crawl space which would be under the flooring in the house. It will help with keeping your home warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. Be sure to get the water and moisture issue handled first. To insulate you can either use the rolls or insulation or foam spray.
We used insulating foam board “sheathing” from HD.
