Is it possible to paint over formica?
I hate the colors in my formica and had the idea of painting over it, then decopage pictures over it.

Yes, I would think you would just need to sand and use a good primer before painting. Decoupaging would work in a low use areas. However, if your countertops are used a lot, get wet, etc., decoupage may not hold up over time.
