You can sometimes take it to a glass store and they can cut a piece to fit whatever it is.
Hi Kimberly. You could add decorative tile or sea glass around the border to cover up the broken parts. You could even frame it with wood.

I would remove it, put tape all over it criss-crossed and then remove it. Then get a new mirror.
