Hi Edgar,
Mold is the most common in bathrooms because of the water and humidity. Clean the mold off with equal parts of hot water and bleach. Let dry thoroughly. Give the ceiling a coat of Kilz paint in whatever color you like as this will prevent the mold from growing and then give it another coat of semi-gloss paint. After taking a shower leave the window partially open or the door to your bathroom if you don't have a window so that the air circulates and all the water can dry.
Allow the shower to dry out each time by leaving the door open. Those small showers hold a lot of moisture. Sounds like too much hot water is used, too.
Scrub with bleach based cleaner and then use a good pprimer like Kilz and then repaint! Bath needs ventilation!
scrub it with bleach and then put mold and mildew paint on it.
