Foam insulation bowing out drywall near an outlet

I seen a video of how to fix a towel rack with foam insulation I figured any extra that fell down it's insulation it's not going to hurt well apparently all of it fell down and is now bowing my wall out in my bathroom and in my son's room I'm afraid to cut into the drywall because there is an outlet right near it and I've got paneling in my bathroom that starting to separate should I just have a professional come do it because of the outlet or is there something that I can do to try to fix it myself

Courtney, working around electrical can be done, but you do need to be careful. Shut the power off to the house and remove that section of paneling in the bathroom. You may not have to cut into anything as the paneling may be the wall and there's no drywall behind. If there is drywall, cut out a large section. It's easier to work with a large section where it's bulging then a small one. Take out all the insulation. Then using drywall tape and drywall mud put the drywall back in. Then put the paneling back with nails. You can do this. Just be patient with the demolition and reconstruction. Good luck.
