Nest is a great one - you can control via your smart phone.
Personally, I only know one person that has one, Nest, they really like it but I don't know anything else. Sorry can't be of more help/ You could try Consumer Reports.
There are several on the market now. Best to go to your local Lowes or Home Depot and talk with a knowledgeable person in that department. There are all types of "SmartThings" for home automation and monitoring available now and some will tie into a "Hub" to monitor multiple sensing devices in your home. It is a whole new world and is fascinating as well as useful.
