You can try pure acetone, but make sure you tape over the door so it doesn’t remove the paint from that. You could also use a heat gun and lightply scrape with a plastic scraper.
Easiest way is to remove one hinge at a time and clean them, I generally use a nice soap scuff pad such as SOS. Do not remove all hinges at once, you might not remember where each one was originally at!
