I use Vodka and essential oils in a spray bottle. I use it to spray clothing I sell on Ebay. Also the inside and outside of purses. Inside of shoes. Ten drops of Sage Citrus, Lavender, Orange, and Honeysuckle. Shake well before using. The vodka evaporates leaving the scent. Use your own blend. Why purified water in the link from Janet, I don't know.
How much vodka And could you use rubbing alcohol?
