use Wet and forget
Power-wash the siding with a commercial solution made to kill mold/mildew. I have also used bleach and water solution which worked well.
Use a pump up sprayer to wet the siding down with the diluted bleach/cleaning solution, working from bottom to top.
Spray and Forget. I have used this product and for minimal work and time it is still keeping my siding white after 5 years. Available at Home Depot and others.
JoeMax. Follow directions. This usually happens because of the way the builder shielded the house.
Clean with bleach.
Use a bleach/water solution. Don't leave on over 5 minutes, rinse off.
Try Mold Be Gone. You just hook it up to your water hose. Works great and BJ's has it on sale sometimes.
