Check out the Krylon natural stone spray paint. That would probably work and you could put a good sealer on it.
I assume the urns are made of concrete. This link has an acid wash kit and multiple colors so it may help.

also, a rust finish would look great. Modern Masters has a kit. fairly easy to use, finish with a flat varnish and they would look awesome!
