Try warm water and some mild shampo and a light scrub brush
I agree with Kathy and just want to add a bit. Be sure to try an inconspicuous spot first to make sure the fabric doesn't get discolored. The stain may be from the oils in hair so maybe try to blot the stain with blotting papers first to see if any gets soaked up and then go on with the shampoo and scrub brush. If you think this is going to be a continuing problem you could put a little fabric piece (that can be removed and washed) on that area to reduce the chance that it gets stained again.
