check zoning / tax laws first! be a shame to do all that work and have your County come in and tell you that you can't do it!

I found a great place called spur tiny home community and i am thinking about texas strongly but not a lot of fishing out there.

Its given me all the things i need to know. And i also saw a community that's in brevard florida that its been in fromt of city and teying to start the community .. They're constantly having meetings about it Rockledge tinyhome community . its also an interest as if i could keep it skirted and on wheels to travel. Like the ones re.ting in sarasota florida as getaway bungalows $5000 week that's crazy but they're booked up.

Thanks for input and advice . i will keep on pushing forward for this to be my goal and future. We as just a couple don't need a lot of room and can do anything without the kids in home anymore. Its our time to have fum and travel or not.. Lol

First, you need to check with your county/town zoning department.

Second, "tiny houses" are expensive as it is a fad. You need to consider the "pay off" time in building and renting.

Third, are you considering water, electrical hookups for each house?

Fourth, have you considered the tax consequences? The insurance?

Fifth, you are limiting yourself to the number of renters as not many want to climb steep stairs to get to bed.
