You can get kits at Lowe's and paint them. You can also search on here. I know there was a post lately.
Honestly, I wouldn't go to the expense of matching the counters, I'd instead work with them and coordinate colors of accessories. If all the cabinetry is white, do your decor accessories / curtains, etc in colors to match the counters. The counters look to be in good shape and next to white will look pretty.

I would leave the bathroom countertop as is. Since your kitchen countertops are off white and you're going to paint the cabinets white, you could put an epoxy on those countertops. This website has a video to show you how to do it.

Countertops do not have not match from room to match. They should coordinate with the rooms colors.
Another vote for leaving the counter tops as they are, work with matching accessories and a wall paint that compliments the counter tops.
I absolutely understand why you don't want to keep these countertops. You need to be happy with them and if you don't like them, change them. You could try one of these products from Lowes. I've never personally tried them but I think they would work. https://www.lowes.com/pl/Countertop-resurfacing-kit--Resurfacing-kits-Specialty-commercial-paint-Paint/2911360719587?refinement=4294402203
