Need advice on protecting outdoor wood furniture in high temperatures

I’ve tried outdoor wood sealers & by the end of the summer they r peeling .
What do places like Arizona resorts & Hawaii use on their outdoor wood furniture? It typically has a gloss on it and almost looks like a coating.
is epoxy an option?
whatever you recommend please advise on how to do it. Thanks so much

exterior marine grade varnish
I think it's polyurethane I use it on a picnic table .they also use it on boats .it is strong smelling at least it was for me . You can look it up to be sure .Good luck .
