Would like to use for privacy and grow vine perennials up it.

The easiest installation will be to place posts wide enough apart to fit a shutter between. Attach eye bolts facing each other to hold the shutters. Attach hook bolts on the shutter sides and hook them in place. Plant your perennials just in front of the shutters and help them vin through shutters as they grow.
