How to seal the multiple tiny holes around the inflatable pool ring.

We have patched where there are multiple tiny holes around the inflatable pool ring. We put FLEX TAPE and FLEX SPRAY, Both pop off due to air pressing out .Areas are too large for a little tire patch, and scattered across pool ring in several places. The ring can not be deflated to fix as the water is held in as the ring floats atop it..

There are several tapes that will stick to wet surfaces.

I would recommend you put tape over the hole. Then lay strips of tape a little longer going in all the other directions...i.e. think of a clock...first tape 12 to 6; second layer 3 to 9; third layer 2 to 7; and the other one 4 to 11...hey, it is worth a try!
