Fastest way to apply Varnish to a large area

I am helping repair my sister's floor... Varnishing after installation isn't an option with three dogs and a family since it's going in her Great-room and kitchen (the most used rooms). We're going to varnish the panels (4'x8') then lay them down. Since I need to put down several layers of varnish, I'm looking for a faster way to it on. There are a LOT of panels to do.

We had our great room ( walls and ceiling) professionally done and it took nearly 5 days. Three days to strip and prep two to seal with two coats. Sometimes it’s best to seal off the room and do it the right way. We had the painters sand strip the wall and ceiling to a bare base then apply the two coats of sealer. In the end it was well worth the time and money to get the job done properly
