You would need to repaint, and I would get your paint computer color matched so you can just spot paint..... feather out the edges to make the repairs less visable. Make sure you get the same finish ie. matte, satin or semi-gloss.

there is a paint designed for fire damaged surfaces that you could seal the bleached area then paint over with your wall paint
